Moving With our “Move Management” services we will take physical inventories to determine quantity and condition of your existing furniture, make recommendations as to its usefulness, provide plans for the best use of your space, procure any needed parts or furniture additions, provide packing boxes and labels, and handle your physical move. We will develop schedules with all construction trades and technical support that may be involved with your project to insure that your move takes place on time and with the least amount of interruptions.
Furniture Rearrangement IOI has extensive experience in assisting facility managers in planning major rearrangements when there is an expansion or a downsizing within the company. Inventory Services IOI can record and classify your existing furniture. We can customize our inventory specifications to meet your needs. This may include a written assessment and photographs. All data is computerized, therefore, updating the information is a simple task.
Refurbishing Services Through our division, Workspace Refurbishing Services (W.R.S.), we can enhance and extend the useful life of existing systems furniture as well as free-standing case goods and chairs. Refurbishing services include panel recovering, panel, and chair power cleaning, electrostatic painting, reupholstery of seating and repair or refinishing of wood furniture.
Facility Maintenance and Service Program Did you know that with regular maintenance of your office furniture its useful life can be extended by 50%? IOI will develop an on-going maintenance program geared to your companies’ specific needs. This program will address needed adjustments, repairs, cleaning, etc. Regularly scheduled visits allow for a preventative approach to service. With our range of services, we can maintain the value of your furniture by making sure it operates properly and continues to look as nice as it did when it was first installed.
